To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please note our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 2 hours before class: You can cancel your reservation and keep your class credit for future use.
  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of class or no-shows: Your class credit will be forfeited. No exceptions will be granted.

*All of our classes are faith-based. Teachers may pray, recite scripture, share a personal message and more throughout the class session. The format is up to the discretion of the teacher. As always, anyone is welcome to practice in our studio, regardless of their spiritual beliefs.
